CONTROL YOUR EXTRACTION
This model’s controls, to help develop your recipe.
Dual or multi-boiler: coffee and steam have separate heating circuits. Heat exchanger (HX): brew water heats as it passes through an exchanger inside the boiler. Thermoblock: water heats while flowing through a metal block. A hybrid system combines a boiler and a thermoblock.
PID regulates temperature through a feedback control loop. An NTC sensor measures temperature. These specifications do not establish an hourly coffee output.
FROM SPECIFICATION TO DAILY USE / G3226C
Coffee and steam boilers have separate roles. Their capacity explains the construction; your service pattern and menu complete the choice.
PID adjusts heating based on measured temperature. Consistency in the cup also depends on grind, dose and your recipe.
Plan for an espresso-capable grinder. Machine, coffee and grind work together; a second origin or decaf may need its own workflow.

AUREA / THE GROUP IN MOTION
An animated cutaway of the G3126C and G3226C saturated E61 group: heating, pre-infusion and espresso.
PID regulates the 300 ml brew boiler connected directly to the group.
Water wets the grounds before the main extraction.
Water passes through the coffee under pressure. Espresso flows into the cup.
The supply of extraction water stops. Heating remains regulated.
Educational animation: simplified flow and condensed cycle, not actual warm-up or extraction times. It illustrates the saturated E61 on these two models; other E61 architectures can work differently.
This model’s dimensions: 768×582×487 mm. Leave room for ventilation, controls, refilling and cleaning. Include accessories in your counter layout.
Connection, drainage and filtration are specified in your quotation. Tell us about your premises and water quality.
We consider your busiest period: back-to-back orders, milk drinks, team and workspace. Power or boiler capacity alone cannot establish a guaranteed number of coffees per hour.
One year of after-sales support is included, with services detailed in the quotation. A maintenance agreement can be considered for your usage and location. Applicable statutory guarantees remain in place.
